Is there a warranty? Yes, Legacy Classic Kids warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from the date of shipment from Legacy Classic Kids to the retailer. After one year, any defective merchandise will be replaced for free or at a cost (determined at our discretion) to the retailer, providing it is still available. Our retailers handle the service and warranty work for our products. Please contact your retailer should you have any problems with your products and for complete warranty information.
How do I read the measurements? Dimensions are listed as width x depth x height. So the width of a dresser indicates how wide it is from right to left. The depth is measured front to back or how far it will sit from the wall. The height indicates the bottom to the top.
What size mattress do I need? The SOLUTIONS Slat Bed and Bottom Bunks take any standard mattress. However, the TOP bunks have specific size requirements:

What is a Slat Roll?
A Slat Roll replaces a box spring to provide mattress support in a compact size (less than 1" high). Slat Rolls come in twin, extra long twin, and full size. Each bed in the SOLUTIONS collection uses a Slat Roll. Additional bed slats are not required.
What does different "rail positions" mean? This means your bed offers a choice of mattress heights. This feature is helpful if you have a young child, want to use underbed storage, or just like options!

Does the Work Surface fit all lofts? No. The Work Surface will not fit an Extra Long Twin Loft Bed or the Corner Loft - Triple (sleeps 3). But it will fit on the Regular Twin Loft, Full Loft, or Corner Loft - Dual (sleeps 2).
Do I need a ladder for the Bunk or Loft? You decide. The Bunk/Loft Ends are designed with Built-in ladders so that they will fit in small spaces. A traditional leaning side ladder is also available.
Where can I find instructions to assemble my furniture?

How should I clean and care for my furniture?
-Dust with a clean, damp cloth.
-Avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight or a damp area. Furniture should not be placed in front of or over heating or air conditioning.
-Wipe up spills promptly. If left, they can cause damage to the finish.
-Use a protective pad when writing or placing anything hot on the surface.
-Use felt pads under accessories and avoid placing plastics (such as place mats) on your furniture. Ingredients in some plastics and plastic feet on lamps/clocks may react with the finish.
